• Platform Data: Aggregated insights on 35,000+ nutraceuticals companies (from public/scraped sources and primary research—non-personal).
• Cookies/Analytics: Device info, IP, browsing behaviour for functionality and improvements.

We collect minimal data for India initially, expanding globally.

How We Use Data

• Provide services (e.g., insights, connections, AI answers).
• Process payments, manage credits.
• Improve Platform/AI (e.g., train on anonymized queries).
• Communicate updates, marketing (with opt-out).
• Comply with laws, prevent fraud.

Sharing Data

• Service Providers: Hosting, payment processors, analytics (bound by contracts).
• Business Connections: Only what you initiate (e.g., email to a distributor).
• Legal: As required by law/courts.

No sale of personal data. Aggregated/non-personal data may be shared for insights. No cross-border transfers without DPDP safeguards; data sovereignty for Indian users.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures (encryption, access controls). Per DPDP: Breach notification to Data Protection Board if required. No system is 100% secure—report issues to support@nutraiqx.ai.
