Services Overview

NutraIQX.ai provides an AI-integrated platform for the nutraceuticals industry ecosystem, including:

• Company insights, customer/supplier searches (e.g., CDMO, CMO, manufacturers, traders, distributors, retailers, exporters, importers), competitor analysis.
• Direct connection tools (email, call, messaging).
• Export/import data, white papers (market insights, trends, dynamics, industry analysis), news on 35,000+ companies.
• AI expert for user queries across these features.

Data is currently India-focused, expanding to 50+ countries. Access is via tiered subscription packages with credits. Each feature consumes credits per our algorithm (e.g., searches, connections, AI queries). Credits are non-refundable and do not roll over.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts. Provide accurate information for your account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Notify us of unauthorized use.

Pricing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed per package (e.g., monthly/annual). Credits exhaust based on usage; unused credits expire at term end. Refunds only as per RBI guidelines or Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (e.g., no cancellation fees post-confirmation unless faulty). We may adjust pricing with notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Taxes are your responsibility.

Use of Platform

• Permitted Use: For lawful business purposes in the nutraceutical's ecosystem.
• Prohibited Use: No scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized data export, spamming connections, or violating third-party rights. Do not use AI for illegal activities.

As an intermediary under IT Rules 2021, we enable but do not endorse user content/AI outputs. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Platform.

Data and Intellectual Property

Platform data (company insights, white papers, news, export/import analysis) is aggregated from public sources, legitimate scraping, and primary research. We do not own or warrant the data's accuracy, completeness, or legality—use at your own risk. As Data Fiduciary under DPDP Act 2023, we ensure data minimization/security for India users. You retain rights to your input data; we may use it to improve services (anonymized). All Platform content, AI outputs, and branding (including “NutraIQX”) are our property or licensed to us. No transfer of ownership.

User Content and Connections

You are responsible for content shared via connections (email/call/message). We are not liable for interactions, deals, or disputes. Comply with anti-spam laws (e.g., India's IT Act).

Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for violations, non-payment, or at discretion with notice. Upon termination, credits forfeit.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Platform provided “as is.” No warranties on data accuracy, AI responses, or uptime. Liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months. No indirect damages, per Indian law.

Governing Law

Governed by laws of India and Maharashtra. Disputes exclusively in courts of Pune, Maharashtra (or competent jurisdiction per Commercial Courts Act).

Changes

We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
